• 3 C-Stands on Wheels with Sand Bags

• Full body mirror

• Cafecito Machine

• Cleaning fee included with event rental.

Everyone and anyone is welcomed in the space including pets! Just let us know so we can prepare for it.

Free parking, over 80+ spots available right outside.

Our studio has a rolling garage door to make large production load in easy.

We are wheel chair accessible.

ALL load in, set up, and tear down must be accomplished during your booking window.

If you go overtime, we can charge the card on file or you can zelle.

CANCELLATION POLICY & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

• No cancellations, only rescheduling up to 48 hours prior to booking. In case of any rescheduling emergency please text or call us.

• Studio credit from rescheduling will be available for your rebooking within 30 days from your original booking date.
